COVID-19 NOTICE – Red Loft Sales and Lettings
9th April 2020
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to develop, we want to reassure you that the well-being of our employees, clients and customers is paramount. We are implementing several changes to ensure the health and safety of all.
In line with government advice, most of our sales, marketing and lettings team are now working remotely. We continue to deliver a high standard of service during this time, subject to restrictions imposed upon us all.
1. Contacting the Sales and
Individuals within our sales and lettings team are contactable on their normal mobile phone numbers and email addresses. Our Sales and Lettings landline number is 020 7539 3745 and this will be diverted to a member of the sales team. The Sales team can also be contacted via a generic email: email@example.com.
2. Client meetings
We anticipate that client meetings will now take place by phone or online for the time being. Red Loft use Microsoft Teams and Skype for online meetings. You may receive an invitation to join a meeting via Teams conversation. Please find here instructions on how to join.
3. Viewings and reservations
We are no longer carrying out physical viewings, and many of the sites we are working on are closed.
We are actively encouraging new sales reservations off-plan, with a view to arranging viewings at a later date. We are giving customers the option of one to one discussion about their purchase with the sales and Lettings team via Microsoft Team, Skype and FaceTime, as well as over the phone and email.
4. Sales progression and
We continue to proactively progress sales. Our team is working effectively remotely and will work together with brokers, valuers and solicitors to progress all sales efficiently.
While we can still access site for one to one completion handovers we will continue to do so. If this becomes more difficult, we will agree with our clients and purchasers what other options are available.
We continue to carry out void inspections where appropriate.
5. Data Protection, GDPR and
We have updated our policies to continue to ensure strict Information Security, Data Protection and Client Confidentiality standards are maintained.
We will continue to regularly review
the risks and challenges businesses are facing to ensure we can assist our
clients during these difficult times.
