Red Loft are seeking an Office Support Administrator


We are currently looking for an Office Support Administrator to work within our Office Support Services to
provide day-to-day support to the Finance Manager and general administration support to the Office Manager
and wider team as required.

The role is hands on and requires someone who has experience in the following:

  • Managing priorities and working to tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Windows and MS packages, especially Excel
  • Working knowledge of sales/purchase ledger or bookkeeping (an advantage)
  • General administration duties, including dealing directly with enquiries both by telephone and in person
  • Dealing with suppliers, i.e. stationery ordering; facilities management
  • Assisting with Tenders / Reports, including typing when necessary
