Red Loft are currently seeking an Office Support Administrator to provide comprehensive admin support to the Finance Manager and Office Manager. If you have excellent administrative support and organisational skills and possibly, knowledge of raising invoices, processing timesheets and expenses and looking for a new challenge, please get in contact. The role is hands on and requires someone who has experience in the following:
- Managing priorities and working to tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of Windows and MS packages, especially Excel
- Working knowledge of sales/purchase ledger or bookkeeping (an advantage)
- General administration duties, including dealing directly with enquiries both by telephone and in person
- Dealing with suppliers, i.e. stationery ordering; facilities management
- Assisting with Tenders / Reports, including typing when necessary
