Customer Service Consultant (Leads and Enquiries)

Reporting to Head of Sales and Marketing
Responsible for the development and management of Customer Service Apprentice/Assistant
The role of Customer Service Consultant (CSC) will manage the leads and enquiries process in line with GDPR.
Reporting on our leads and enquiries and provide this to clients and internally to assist with forming marketing strategies and plans.
Conduct competitor research that will generate information to inform key marketing mediums and support the delivery of Red Loft’s sales strategy.
Through maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our competitor environment, the CSC will be contributing to the organisation's strategic decision making and product development.
The CSC will be part of our experienced sales and marketing team.
Supporting colleagues within the wider teams and building relationships with external stakeholders as appropriate.
Client management of suppliers
Collect, manage, interpret and summarise a range of information about the activities of competitors in the market.
Use a range of research methods to get the results that you need and be comfortable conducting research using the internet, in person and on the telephone.
Responsible for the client relationship with external services such as web portals.
in working with Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Maintain marketing budget ensuring we at Red Loft receive value for money.
Recording and reporting on spend to assist with tenders and forecasting.
Business to Customer
Assist with creating and implementing specific marketing strategies on allocated developments to support existing sales programme and sales pipeline
Assist with day to day website content updates, social media and digital marketing including copywriting as required
Liaise with clients, stakeholders and suppliers to coordinate the delivery of required marketing collateral to support sales launches on allocated sites
Ensure all scheme specific budgets are maintained and logged
Coordinate marketing activity performance reporting
Ensure that day to day activity is in line with best practice in marketing and advertising industry and sector regulations and guidelines
Manage leads and enquiries in line with GDPR and audit customer files in line with GDPR legislation
Business to Business
Support content production for channels aimed at delivering key messages to stakeholders and media
Liaise with external stakeholders in order to promote Red Loft`s services
Organise stakeholder and PR events where necessary
Support the Head of Sales and Marketing on all branding work, communications around the proposed partnership with Clients and other bespoke projects, such as communications around our large development sites
You will need to be flexible with both the working hours and with some travel across the region to visit both our own and other sites.
Demonstrate flexibility regarding working patterns, as business needs arise including evenings and weekends.
Assist sales team with viewings and completions as required
Attend home shows and other events as required
Perform other duties as may be reasonably required by your line manager
