Scheme Description:
The scheme delivered much-needed affordable housing built by Inland Homes in partnership with Clarion. Red Loft helped Innisfree Housing Association secure and deliver 25 residential units for London Affordable Rent.
The site is a mixed-use scheme of 135 residential units. Social Housing Grant funding was included within the acquisition price of the site to facilitate the delivery of the affordable housing units.
The scheme involved the demolition of an existing building and the overall land was redeveloped to provide one, two and three-bedroom flats, within a 6 storey building as well as 247 square metres of commercial space.

Red Loft's Role
Red Loft were appointed to manage the scheme and negotiate the Agreement for Lease, delivery on site through to the handovers and during the defect liability period.
Added Value
We were able to claim the practical completion grant on time due to maintaining a good suite of audit documents and keeping them up to date with any potential delays affecting the programme.
