Red Loft's Role

Our role was to assist in the development of the designs and management of the project team, securing internal approval to submit the planning application and preparing the site for delivery. We were also responsible for the management of the site and the various interim activities that it was used for.

Added Value
We helped manage the consultant team to ensure that we achieved our planning submission target date. This required presenting and securing internal approval for the scheme from a number of internal stakeholders. Given the size of the project, the management of the consultant team was key, with an ambitious planning programme to achieve.
