Scheme Description:
A new-build development of 41 residential dwellings for private sale and market rent, and a Community Centre incorporating a café, library, sports hall, hairdresser, art studio, Early Years service and Fresh Youth Academy which includes a gym space.

As a safe-guarding borough, the scheme was amended to re-house Afghan refugees.

Red Loft's Role:
Red Loft has been supporting the LB Camden Development during the end of the construction and handover phase of the scheme. Red Loft has been supplementing the client team while resources were low and appointments for permanent staff are underway. The change of tenure by Camden also meant that additional works were required.

Added Value:

Loren’s previous experience in construction scheme, specifically at handover phase, has been important for Camden, and has allowed her to provide support to other members of the team and colleagues, and cast an expert eye on specific issues.
