Red Loft's Role:
Our role included negotiating the main build works contract (JCT D&B), securing a revised Non-Material Planning Amendment to align the building with updated fire and building regulations, and managing the build process through to handover and completion.
Added Value:
The scheme involved some challenging stakeholder management and negotiations including managing a resident decant and neighbourly matters (Diocese and Church).
There were also legal and technical challenges to overcome, including utility diversions and commercial lease negotiations.
Our expertise and adding value in these areas enabled us to achieve the client's goals.
