Lois joined Red Loft in July 2022 and has an extensive background in Project Management and Contract Administration. During her 14 years in the industry, Lois has worked for Housing Associations Thames Valley Housing Association and Clarion Housing Group, as well as consultancy roles for both Arcadis and Churchill Hui. Lois is a proactive, enthusiastic and approachable individual with experience delivering large mixed-use and mixed-tenure schemes, including regeneration projects. Lois has recent experience working on a number of distressed projects following contractor insolvency and can help navigate the options for continuation.
