| Mollie joined Red Loft in 2018, starting as our Office Support Administrator. She then moved to the Sales Team as our Lead Customer Service and Marketing Consultant to manage our Customer Service Team, leads and enquiries and our marketing portals including social media accounts and liaison between our marketing agencies. Bringing some years of experience in customer service, organisation, and meeting service level agreements (SLA’s), Mollie can effectively communicate with both applicants and colleagues, ensuring all enquires are answered in full. Mollie is very customer focused and passionate about helping people. |
