Samantha Phelps

Sam has 20 years of experience in the Real Estate sector working on both residential and non-residential projects, specialising in Affordable Housing. Sam has worked on many projects at all stages in the process, from acquisition, planning and procurement, through the build to handover and defects. Since joining Red Loft in 2017, she has worked on a number of commissions with clients such as Peabody and Network Homes as well as acting as client lead for a number of smaller Housing Associations. She has also delivered development strategies, created policy and procedures, carried out audits and risk management training for clients. Sam is an Associate Member of the Association for Project Management, a graduate of the Future of London Leaders and is currently working towards being chartered with RICS.
