Tom joined Red Loft in 2017 and is a highly experienced and effective development professional who has worked in the housing sector for over 19 years. He leads the Development Consultancy Team and has a strong track record of effective project and development programme management. Most recently Tom has been working on a multi phase, mixed tenure projects with contract values of over £250m. Tom's work has involved managing teams of development professionals, programme delivery and management of staff members who support the project.
