Tracy joined Red Loft in 2018 and is an experienced housing professional specialising in acquisition and planning delivery with over twenty years’ experience working in London and the South East. Tracy has an excellent track record in identifying and securing Land and obtaining detailed planning permission: - adding value and ensuring the delivery of quality mixed tenure/mixed use developments for both open market and affordable housing. Tracy has established and led Joint Venture Partnerships for both Private companies and Affordable Housing Providers. Tracy is an excellent negotiator and has considerable experience in managing, leading, motivating and influencing individuals and teams. Tracy previous work history includes, Peabody, Hyde Group, L&Q as well as private developer/contracting companies.
