Director Spotlight- Tom Conlon
Introducing our London Development Director- Tom Conlon.
Tom is a highly experienced Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor, with an excellent track record in securing land and partnership opportunities in both the private and affordable sectors.
His specialist area of expertise lies in front-end Project Management, including financial modelling of complex schemes, securing planning consents and contract negotiation to ensure best value for the client.
Working with clients such as Notting Hill Genesis, RB Kingston and Cambridge City Council, Tom has played a key role in projects such as Lampton Park – a Joint Venture between Notting Hill Genesis and Hill Partnerships on the former Hounslow Civic Centre site, while also supporting RB Kingston deliver their first Council-led new homes in a generation.
Tom is currently supporting Cambridge City Council with their hugely exciting Civic Quarter project, encompassing the re-imagining of the Grade II listed Guildhall, Corn Exchange and Market Square.
