Shining a spotlight on our South East Development Director- Annabel McKie!

Annabel joined Red Loft in 2021 and has over 20 years of experience working in residential development, including leading development and sales teams. She has a depth of experience that spans the end-to-end development process including managing complex projects through the planning and due diligence stages, works procurement, and management of projects on site. Annabel has worked in senior roles and maintains a clear focus on strategy, governance, oversight and risk management. She has assisted several smaller housing organisations with policies, procedures and helped them to grow their development capacity.

Recent work has included managing a delivery team to deliver a programme of new home completions, acting as Interim Managing Director for a new For-Profit RP, and an interim role leading a new business team for an RP in the South East, working on land acquisitions as well as package deals and Section 106 opportunities.

Annabel says “I have a passion for delivering affordable housing, and enjoy the variety of work at Red Loft, particularly helping clients find solutions to bring forward new homes and create places where people can thrive.”
