Saturday 8th March marked International Women’s Day, a time to celebrate women across the world and continue the push for gender equality. At Red Loft, we have a strong female team, who make up over 60% of the business and hold key positions at every level of the organisation.

Not only this but we are proud to support and work alongside Women In Property (WIP), Women in Social Housing (WISH) and Forging Links to champion the incredible women in our industry.

On Monday 3rd March, we held a special IWD celebration lunch in the office, enjoying delicious pizzas and mimosas- both the drink and the beautiful flower- which is a traditional symbol of female strength, sensitivity and resilience.

While we celebrate, we also acknowledge the importance of driving change and taking action to achieve gender equality. Let’s continue to educate, empower and celebrate women in our industry and beyond!
