Red Loft are pleased to have supported London Borough of Camden in their Development Agreement to deliver a new build office block at Liddell Place, West Hampstead to Shell & Core/ Cat A.

We’re thrilled to share that the building is due to be handed over at the end of August and an occupier has been selected to continue the fitout works.
We’re proud to have worked alongside Camden Council on this scheme to ensure their contractual and design requirements were met to create a beautiful scheme that will benefit the local economy.

Our Development Consultant Omar Ahmed thoroughly enjoyed working on this commercial project with Camden Council and we look forward to continuing to share our expertise with Local Authorities on their future initiatives.
