This month, we celebrate the fantastic achievement of our Assistant Director of Land & Viability, Robert Bloss, marking his 10-year anniversary at Red Loft!

Rob was one of the first people to join Red Loft on our graduate scheme, learning about the affordable housing industry and has since worked his way up to a senior member of the Land Team.

Achieving MRICS through the planning and development pathway, Rob brings an extensive skill set to facilitate the delivery of affordable housing through public and private partnership. He is extremely popular with clients due to his professionalism and expertise, embodying his commitment to our core values and dedication to the affordable housing sector. We are incredibly lucky to have him on our team.
