Red Loft recently marked our 175th London Living Rent (LLR) letting. We were delighted to reach this milestone, and have also had considerable involvement at every stage in the LLR process since its introduction as a tenure, including financial modelling, project management during the development phase as well as marketing and letting of units.

LLR is set to play a major role in the GLA’s 2021-2026 Affordable Homes programme, so we felt it was a good time to share some of our experience and key pointers for each stage in the process.
